Guests can avail a 50% refund on their bookings if canceled between 7 to 4 days prior to their check-in date, refunded to the original payment source.
Guests can avail a 25% refund on their bookings if canceled between 4 days to 1 day prior to their check-in date, refunded to the original payment source.
Guests shall receive zero refund on their bookings in case of cancellations made on the day of check-in or in case of a no-show (i.e., not arriving at the observatory at all).
• Modifications to the booking (such as changes to dates) can be made free of charge if requested at least 7 days before the check-in date, subject to availability.
• For modifications requested less than 7 days before check-in, the cancellation policy will apply to the original booking dates.
In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule the booking to a later date without any additional charges.
No refund shall be made in any case whatsoever post check-in at the observatory premises or in cases of early departures.
