Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation (15 Days or More Before Check-In):

Guests can avail a 100% free cancellation on their bookings until 15 days or more prior to their check-in date, refunded to the original payment source.

2. Partial Cancellation (15 to 10 Days Prior to Check-In):

Guests can avail a 50% refund on their bookings if canceled between 15 to 10 days prior to their check-in date, refunded to the original payment source.

3. Late Cancellation (10 Days to 7 Day Before Check-In):

Guests can avail a 25% refund on their bookings if canceled between 10 days to 7 day prior to their check-in date, refunded to the original payment source.

4. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Cancellation on the Day of Check-In and No Show:

Guests shall receive zero refund on their bookings in case of cancellations made on the day of check-in or in case of a no-show (i.e., not arriving at the observatory at all).

6. Modification of Booking:

  • Modifications to the booking (such as changes to dates) can be made free of charge if requested at least 10 days before the check-in date, subject to availability.
  • For modifications requested less than 7 days before check-in, the cancellation policy will apply to the original booking dates.

7. Force Majeure:

In case the event is cancelled due to local government orders, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other force majeure circumstances, guests will not lose their booking. The total amount paid by the guest will be adjusted against the price of any upcoming event within the next 6 months.

8. Post Check-In and Early Departure:

No refund shall be made in any case whatsoever post check-in at the observatory premises or in cases of early departures.

9. How to Cancel or Modify a Booking:

  • All cancellations or modifications must be requested in writing via email to [email protected] or connect on +91 7417731794.
  • The date of the email will be considered as the cancellation date.

10. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days of the cancellation approval.
  • Payment gateway charges paid during the time of booking shall be non-refundable.
